Do You Suffer From Seasonal Allergies?

Why not try a all natural approach to controlling them!

In this post I will tell you what works for my family at controlling seasonal allergies. Remember this may not work for everyone. What works for one may not work for others.

What you will need:

• Lemon Essential Oil
• Lavender Essential Oil
• Peppermint Essential Oil
• Capsule (This is where I get mine from)

Directions:

1. Place 3-5 drops of each oil in capsule.
2. Ingest capsule.
3. Take every 3-4 hours as needed.

For mild to moderate use 3 drops of each oil.

For moderate to severe use up to 5 drops of each oil. 

If you belch the taste or feel it may be to strong you may finish filling the capsule up with a carrier oil. (ex.- coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil)

*For children or adults that can't swallow a pill you may diffuse the oils instead.

I mix up about a week at a time and place in a baggie and put in the freezer for my son. He takes one a day. Oh and I don't add a carrier oil to his. :)

I get all my oils from Young Living Essential Oils.

You may be wondering what YLEO stands for. Well it simply means Young Living Essential Oil. Gypsy is because I travel all over the US chasing that green pipe with my husband. Yes, he is a pipeliner and we love this Gypsy Life!! 

I am just a country girl at heart. My family means the world to me and I will do whatever I can to help them, whether it be physical and/or emotional. That's where Young Living Essential Oils come in. They help just about everything!

Why Yes, I DO have an Oil for that!!!

I have been back and forth with myself over the last few months about getting into the essential oil craze.  

I asked myself many times, "Would they work for me and my family?" I would talk to my go to lady about any questions that would arise. She would always tell me the exact same thing, "Yes, we can use such and such to help with that." Finally one day came that I couldn't get my son into the doctor because it was the weekend. I called up my go to lady and she fixed up a 'concoction' and he was better by that night. Any doubt I had quickly vanished! 

Even my husband, who was a MAJOR skeptic said "Why don't you see what all you have to do to get them oils." So I did. I learned that it was super easy and most of the 'everyday oils' came in the Premium Kit for a great price. 

I joined the Young Living Essential Oil Family a couple weeks ago and I have been oiling it up ever since!
